Kelly Rottinghaus – Real Estate Bio
Kelly Rottinghaus is a real estate professional with Ferguson Realty Group, bringing a unique combination of 19 years of experience in education and hands-on experience as a real estate investor and property owner.
A graduate of Arkansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Kelly later earned his teaching license and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. His years in education helped him develop strong communication, organization, and people skills that he now brings to his real estate career.
As an experienced real estate investor, Kelly understands property from both a personal and financial perspective. He has experience purchasing, improving, owning, and managing residential and investment properties. He especially enjoys helping buyers, sellers, and investors recognize opportunities and make informed real estate decisions.
Kelly is a licensed Arkansas real estate salesperson and is committed to continuing his education and growing his knowledge of residential, investment, and commercial real estate.
Outside of real estate, Kelly enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and connecting with people throughout the community.
