Property Description

Tucked inside the levee system along the St. Francis River lies a piece of true Delta bottomland—hardwood timber stretching across ground that feels as wild and untamed as it did generations ago. This is the kind of property that makes you slow down, listen to the timber settle, and know you’re standing somewhere special. The timber holds a steady population of whitetails and turkeys and every fall the deer hunting here is as good as you’ll find anywhere in the river bottoms. Then, when the St. Francis swells and the water pushes back into the timber, the property comes alive in a whole new way—mallards and other waterfowl flood in, giving you that rare opportunity to chase greenheads in the timber right here at home. Whether you’re looking for a place to slip away to, a hunting spot to share with family and friends, or just a piece of bottomland hardwood to call your own, this property offers the best of the Delta outdoors—deer, ducks, timber, and the nearby St Francis River that ties it all together. This property is boat access only.
